Join this beginner workshop and learn how to make infusions and decoctions!

Borough Green, Kent.
We will spend the morning in our outdoor classroom, surrounded by wild and grown medicinal plants. Everything will be provided for you including ingredients, notebooks to write down what you’re learning, sample bottles, labels and a tote bag to carry home your newly made medicines.
During the morning you will learn about some common plants to forage (and plants you can buy in the supermarket) and then learn about some ways to make medicines. In this class we will cover:
Cold and hot Infusions
Solar and lunar infusions
Decoctions
For each medicine you will learn the science behind them, when to use them, how to make them, how to take them and any safety precautions surrounding them.
You’ll then get a chance to make your own to take home!
